Totul a fost perfect. De la intrare pana la iesire!

Very clean and self contain, i hsd to extend my stay very easy to do that, it was very peaceful.

Room was nice, and the house was really great. The garden in the back was beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, very close to the bus and train station. Good internet. Cameras for safety also a plus !

Stay was good, few tweaks, super easy stuff, but overall is just a matter of making less visible the room from outside, darken the “cars” lights a bit more as is not your fault but there still many who don't understand how to properly adjust and use their high beams in their vehicles.. so a thick black curtain over the front door and window will avoid a lot of walkers by, traffic bystanders also those selfish drivers, so realistically its not your fault, i guess you have to sleep 1night to see what’s happening at the front, mostly the delivery guys do not knock they just open the second door and look inside so a blind on the door too..kitchen is cool you can definitely cook a meal in peace and have a fridge for yourself, toilet squeaky clean, good pressure&hot water; very interesting toilet if your a refurbisher like me the effort they put in that toilet will cheer you up…. Anyhow 5 stars from me… and put a paper on the door clearly stating is a room as they try coming in from inside ❤

Yes place for that money is ok

The host is top notch! When I checked in a day later there was some issues with the boiler and he was very proactive and supplied portable heaters. It was sorted the next day.

Property is clean and relaxing. The host was Very accommodating

Kitchen was spacious. Good shower facilities. Close to underground, Watford junction town center and park.

Clean, excellent location kind personal Wonderful rooms

Stayed here for a fair stretch of time now, and it's an amazing place to relax, cook, chat to other guests, and/or to come back to after a day out. Also, fantastic transport links, and generally friendly local people. Would most certainly recommend to anyone!
